COVID-19 Policies:

A cloth or surgical mask must be worn at all times for any and all in-person appointments.

All jewelry is sanitized under UV light in between clients as well as surfaces.

A minimum of 6 feet will be maintained throughout any and all appointments.

Video or phone consultations will be done for all out-of-state clients.

If you are feeling sick, or think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and have an appointment, we will reschedule or proceed with a virtual appointment.

Deposits:

Deposits are required for all custom work and are non-refundable.

No custom piece will be started before a deposit has been made for the C.A.D design.

This deposit goes toward the balance of your piece.

Deposits may be paid by credit card here, cash or bank wire. Checks are not accepted.

Consultations are complimentary and are recommended to ensure satisfaction

During consultations, we will go over ideas, pricing, sizing and the timeline for production

There are NO returns or refunds of custom pieces. No exceptions.

All sales are accompanied by a detailed invoice
